April 2010: Great job. I had urgent deadlines and couldn't be without my laptop for long. They worked around my schedule and got the job done quickly. They even found a way to entertain my kids while the work got done.

Hi Trevor;
I want to share a few stories with you about laptop PCs which I've been using since 2003. I first bought a Dell which suffered numerous crashes and problems; next in 2005 was an IBM Thinkpad T42 which only lasted 13 months before the motherboard failed to work; next in September 2007 was a Toshiba which lasted approximately 6 months before the motherboard went; and the latest is an HP which only lasted 34 days before the motherboard went. I was reluctant to switch to a Mac because I was under the impression that there is significantly less software, however this has proved to be incorrect. Since having purchased my MacBook Pro I have had no crashes, viruses, or operating problems. I'm extremely pleased with this computer as it has proven to be extremely fast, reliable, tough, and of exceptional quality. My only regret, having not switched to a Mac sooner.
