Service Pricing

Service Hourly Rates:

  • Service (Depot) $80
  • Service (Onsite) $90 - from time of departure to time of return. 
  • Service (Remote) $1.50 - per minute billing (includes remote desktop support)

Rush Service: 

  • Rush Service $69 - Same day/next day rush fee 
  • Emergency Rental $99 - one time fee for repairs or sales

Diagnosis: (waived with repair, computer purchase, or parts donation)

  • Diagnosis (Basic) $49 (external diagnostic only / less than 15 minutes)
  • Diagnosis (Extended) $80 (internal or extended diagnostic - one hour minimum charge)

Repair: (only if computer not covered by Apple warranty)

  • After Hours Sales Consult Service $49/hr (by Apt)

Tune-Up Service:

  • Tune-Up (Basic) $99 - Run disk utilities, fix permissions, run updates, FMD (Full Meal Deal)
  • Tune-Up (Regular) $149 - Reinstall system, run disk utilities, fix permissions, run updates, FMD (Full Meal Deal) 
  • Tune-Up (Advanced) $199 - Back-up, reinstall system, run disk utilities, fix permissions, run updates, FMD
  • Discount (Tune-Up) $50 - on regular or advanced tune-up with software/accessory purchase of $100 or more

Data Recovery:

  • Data Recovery (Diagnosis) $99
    • Removal and scan of drive, attempt recovery sample
  • Data Recovery (Basic) $499
    • For recovery of up to 10GB of data and under 24 hours to recover (documents,  desktop, pictures)
  • Data Recovery (per GB) $10
    • Cost per GB above the 10GB basic data recovery
  • Data Recovery (Advanced) $999
    • For large amounts of data that require more than one day of recovery
  • Data Recovery (Critical) $1000-$2500
    • For complete hardware failure. Sent to DriveSavers. Estimate done prior to recovery.

Note: Apple Care protection plan covers parts and labor only. Apple warranty coverage does not cover time if: Issue caused by non-Apple hardware; result of software; no trouble found; data recovery requested. Data backup prior to work is the sole responsibility of the customer. Apple Drives are returned to Apple. Data recovery must be requested at time of workorder.
