Whether you are a new or experienced user, we have the skills and experience to assist you when and where it's needed. Our technicians can support a single machine or a complex network with a file server. If your computer can't come to us for any reason, we can come to you. If you have the AppleCare Protection Plan, on-site service is usually covered. Contact Us if you need to purchase AppleCare for your Apple computer or iPod.

Support: Pick-Up

For repairs and upgrades, it's more cost effective to do the work in our repair facilities. If it's more convenient for your machine to be picked up, we can accommodate. Call us to schedule a pick-up if you live in the Whitehorse area.

Support: Drop-Off

If you are able to drop off your Macintosh, call first to ensure we have a technician available to receive your machine. We can also do scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs in the Whitehorse area.

Support: iPod Repair

Yes we do iPod repairs including battery and hard drive replacement. Contact us for an estimate.

All our customers benefit from free follow-up telephone support. Often simple problems can be fixed with a few mouse clicks. Call us to be guided patiently through the steps.

In some situations, we can ask for computer sharing permission and guide you though the steps by viewing your screen without leaving our repair facility.
